Hello! I am Louisa van Beveren.
Seventeen years ago I moved to Chella (in the region of Valencia) as an exporter of exotic plants & olive trees and Mediterranean garden designer.
A few years later I founded Chellanatura as a rental company for luxury villa's in the Valencia district. During those years I've helped a lot of people with finding and buying their home here in Spain.
Together with my trusted Spanish ''gestora'' I offer my services in setting up and finalising contracts, building permissions, house hunting, financial setups with the bank and aiding with any language barriers.
Have a nice and peaceful stay on our farm! Right in between the olive trees we offer nice spacious spots for campervans and RV's to stay overnight. Wifi, toilets and electricity is available.
Embrace the peace and quiet whilst exploring the beautiful area of Chella and enjoy the interaction with all the different farm animals at site.
Periquitos
Periquitos is a rental villa located on the edge of Chella. It's less than a five minute walk from the village center and is surrounded by a lot of lovely walking and cycling routes.
The villa houses up to 6 people and has a private pool, fully equipped kitchen and is perfectly located with Valencia and Xàtiva less than an hour away!
Doña Herminia
Doña Herminia is a modern rental villa located in Chella. Equipped with everything a good holiday needs this villa is ment to be enjoyed in any season of the year.

The villa houses up to 16 people and has a private pool, outside play area for kids, a fully equipped and modern kitchen, a pool table, two spacious bathrooms and a veranda with an outside kitchen, BBQ and a gorgeous view!
