Hello! I am Louisa van Beveren.

 

Seventeen years ago I moved to Chella (in the region of Valencia) as an exporter of exotic plants & olive trees and Mediterranean garden designer.

 

A few years later I founded Chellanatura as a rental company for luxury villa's in the Valencia district. During those years I've helped a lot of people with finding and buying their home here in Spain.

 

Together with my trusted Spanish ''gestora'' I offer my services in setting up and finalising contracts, building permissions, house hunting, financial setups with the bank and aiding with any language barriers.
